Such as, if you plan on having more than 200+ quests attend it would be a really good idea. I have worked hundreds of weddings as a DJ over the years and have had to jump in and save the day because a wedding planner wasn't hired for the event. When I say save the day, I really meant saved the brides wonderful day from becoming a disaster. A wedding planner can take a lot of pressure off the bride by setting up all arrangements before the event, such as; finding the right venue, hiring the catering company, purchasing the cake, hiring the band or DJ, purchasing flower arrangements, renting tables and chair. This is just a sample, there is much more. Also, the wedding planner can join in and help coordinate the event from start to finish and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the occasion is running smoothly.
