First, has the original intake been changed? If not, it should. The water bypass is made of plastic, another great idea by Ford. The new intake will cost around $ 500.00 to $ 700.00, dealer only. Next, if you have to do the head gasket, since the intake will be off, might as well do the 2 heads, and a valve job while you are at it, since it is a 95, and you will be keeping the car,You are looking at about a 12 to 16 hour job. Just for the intake it is about 6 to 8 hours off and on. If you do the whole job, well, it will cost. If you cannot do it yourself, find someone on the side, plenty around. With a new intake, valve job, new gaskets, antrifreeze, plugs, parts could be around $ ( sit down for this ) $ 1500.00 or less, plus Labor around say 14 hours at your local garage dollar rate. Good luck.
