not sure but before you do that have the EGR cleaned if it has not been done... odds are that is giving you a p0420 or 421 code (I'm just guessing :) ....should be lots of gunk in there under the intake manifold...
I recommend you have this done by a qualified exhaust system repair shop. Make sure the catalytic converter is defective before you replace it, as they are very expensive.

From what I read the Honda dealer is priced at $1100, but you can buy third party for around $250. You may have to replace the ERG valve at the same time - Check online for other Honda customers experience using google.com
