I have the exact same problem with my 2002 Focus ZX3. I have had quotes of anywhere from 300.00 plus parts to 700.00 plus parts up to 1100.00 which included the front struts and rear shocks which are probably also worn on your Focus as well. I have been shopping for the parts to it my self and have found that in order to have the repair done right all three mounts and the trans mount should be done at the same time. A cost of about 125.00.on Motormountz.com. Oddly... next to the ignition problem which is indemic to all Ford focus' the trans and motor mounts are next. Yet Ford refuses to accept responsibility for their actions or lack I should say. And they wonder why we don't want to buy American made cars!Hell a Toyota is just getting broken in at100K miles!
