∙ 11y agoLast time I was in Chicago, IL and actually let me tell you something about my diet. Being overweight and obese I was struggling to loose weight. So I started experimenting on myself and at last I got a solution. I was 480 pounds last year and now I weigh 220 pounds...thats incredible right...The wonder I created to myself is drinking liquids in the alternate days ( Mon, Wed, Fri ) the liquids are soy milk, almond milk, Florida pure Orange Juice during day time from morning 8 to 5 in the evening. and the rest of the days (Tue, Thu, Sat ) salads, ved / non - veg, 12 beans/oats/ for lunch and egg whites in the morning break fast. My night dinner every day by 7:00 pm is 1 big celery stick...without fail...
However my daily snack at 4 pm included kale leaves...without fail...
SUNDAY is my day to whatever I want ...no boundaries...no restrictions....
excersice: morning 10 min tabata ; evening 30 min walk (slow) after my sleep...
getting up at 4:00 am and sleeping at 9:30 pm in the night...

Shnucks : $ 1.45
local organic stores : $ 2.25
