Kcal is just the short term phrase for calories,

160 Calories = 160 kcals

Calories are just written as the term 'Kcal' on food labels because it is shorter, and can fit onto the little label. It is the scientific definition of the work calorie.

1kcal= 1calories

kcal and calories are the same thing. :)
