it depends on what you are ordering. kfc provides family meals that MacDonald's doesn't so of course those would cost more. it is cheaper though to buy a 10 piece family meal instead of separate meals for individuals from McDonald's. individually though McDonald's may be better because of the dollar menu.
You put on weight because your body stores all your fat so you don't starve to death. When you get really hungry, your body lets all the fat out from energy.

Salt
not much they put alot of air in it but usually there is about a couple of ounces.
lots of people put inparticular young people who want a cheap meal, dads who are sneaking a burger of fat people that have it everyday
No, 1000 calories of salad is not the same as 100 calories of McDonalds. While the caloric intake is the same, your body will process these types of foods differently. The highly processed foods served at McDonalds are full of fat and sodium, and are mostly useless to the body. Salad, however, will provide your body with key vitamins and nutrients. It will also fill you up much more effectively than McDonalds. Have you ever tried to eat 1000 calories of vegetables? It's nearly impossible (and very filling). At McDonalds, a medium french fries and a Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich will put you well over the 1000 calorie mark.
It has been here since the world was invented
Yes, if you dont put too much fat in it
Only if you ask for it, otherwise no.
No. Its 100% chicken, as they say.
