As little as you possibly can. A large intake of fats can be bad for you, but you do need certain fats in your diet in order for you to stay healthy.
For Breakfast eat like a king, for lunch like a joker, and for supper like a poor man. Or take a diet a scientist discovered in about the 1600 and eat about 300,000 grams of fat per meal! *( I would NOT Recommend that )
