It depends od city where you live and how much of work you want to have done. It my city with own parts people pay about $260-300 for timing belt and plus $70-100 for water pump replacement (if you have to change it; it's highly recommended to change a water pump when you change the timing belt, even if it works fine).
I also recommend to buy parts by yourself, in our case it saved us at least $100. Be sure that you are buying high quality parts.
This is very important to do! I know this from experience. I replaced the timing belt and water pump on my 99 Camry on eyear ago, after being stranded on the side of the road I might add. The parts and labor costed me $250.00 The ca is still running good.
