At my shop you would be looking at about 400 labor, but I'm cheap.

At a shop with 80 dollars an hour for labor, you are looking at about $490.

The flat rate manual calls for about 6.1 hours, but that includes all the preventative maintenance that goes along with tearing it down to replace the timing chain.

The 6.1 hours includes:

Replace camshaft oil seal

Replace chain tensioner

Add 0.3 hours if vehicle has A/C

Add 0.3 hours if vehicle has Power Steering

I went ahead and added the a/c and power steering just to give you a high ball park figure, but where I live $80/hr labor is the going rate, and I charge about 65.
