The answer to your question would be about 7g, or so says the stuff I usually get. I found a nutrition label here. This is sugar that came from the cranberry.

Now, many things people THINK are cranberry juice, aren't. Cranberry juice COCKTAILS have many ingredients that are NOT cranberry juice, anything from sugar to high fructose corn syrup to pear juice, often there is a long list of other ingredients. What they put in their juice mixtures is up to them, so you would have to look up on the container to see how much sugars they have in their drink mixtures. Other juices are much sweeter than cranberry juice and the sugar content will be much higher.

Some bottles even say they they are 100% juice, and they are, but they are not 100% cranberry juice. They might be, say 20% cranberry juice and 80% apple juice, for instance.
This is extremely misleading, since if you were going to buy apple juice, it is easy to find 100% apple juice, and you wouldn't be on the lookout for this kind of deception.

If you are looking for cranberry juice for a health reason, don't drink the cocktails. What little cranberry juice you are actually getting can be outweighed by all the extra sugars.

Is too much orange juice bad for you?

Four to six ounces of unadulterated cranberry juice daily is recommended for the prevention of UTIs. Some herbalists advocate the use of cranberry for treatment of mild urinary tract infections; dosages of 10-32 oz (0.3-1 kg) daily have been used. A person needs to drink 16 ounces of unsweetened cranberry juice (two glasses) daily to effectively prevent kidney stones. Cranberry capsules or powdered concentrates are also available. It is important not to consume too much cranberry , because very high acidity in the urine actually increases the risk of kidney stones. A person would need to drink at least one liter of cranberry juice per day for a prolonged period of time for this to occur. Because most commercial cranberry juice contains high levels of sugar, dried cranberry powder capsules (475-500 mg) may be a better alternative for diabetic patients or dieters. Each capsule equals 0.5 ounces of cranberry juice. Nine to 15 capsules daily is the recommended dosage for the prevention of urinary tract infections. How much cranberry juice do you got to drink to clean out your system?

From what I understand, cranberry juice does not cure a bladder infection. You will need to see a Dr. and get antibiotics for that. However, 100% cranberry juice* will help prevent the infection from getting worse, so continue to drink it along with plenty of water. *Make sure it is 100% cranberry juice and not a cranberry juice "cocktail" that is mixed with other juices such as cranapple or crangrape. Those won't help.
