In 2000 they had 205HP (federal specs) or 200HP (California specs). California spec eclipses have precats added to help pass harsher emission tests, this lowers the horsepower. To check which one you have there is a sticker on the firewall on the passenger side, check the code on it. If the second last digit is a 4 it's a FED if it's a 9 it's a Cali.
In 2000 they didn't have the GTS they were made from 2003-2005 I think.

A typical 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS comes with a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine. It will have around 162 horsepower, but you can get more power if you get a higher model, (the GT, GTS are faster).
for a 95 eclipse it cost $399 parts and labor.
The cost of an oxygen sensor for a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT will cost between $55 and $80. The difference depends on location, dealer, and brand of sensor.
