Good Morning to all,Being a recipe-developmental chef at President's Choice, it's been a part of my journey to be fluent with Imperial, Metric Tables. So, in my humble opinion, I see 250grams of chocolate=8.83 ouces. Another aspect that is good to know, is that 250millileters of liquid chocolate or any liquid at all=8 U.S. oz. or 1 cup.
