There would be 4-5 cups of raw rice in 2 lbs of uncooked rice, depending on the type of grain of rice.
1 and 1/2 cups of cooked rice.
The cost depends on the variety of rice, where it is bought - which country, from a large supermarket or small grocers, etc? A quick search on the internet showed me that prices varied considerably.
I went around the block on this and found many answers. Here is the final one. 1 poind of rice equals 2 1/2 cups of uncooked rice. 1 cup of rice equals 3 cups of cooked rice. If we want to find how many cups of cooked rice in 10 pounds we do some math. If 1 pound equals 2 1/2 cups of uncooked rice then 10 pounds equals 25 cups of uncooked rice. If 1 cup of rice equals 3 cups of cooked rice then 25 cups of uncooked rice equals 75 cups of cooked rice.

5/6 cup of white rice. Regular white rice triples in volume when cooked. (5 x 1/2 cups) x 1/ 3 = 5/6 cups Minute rice expands much less. Nine units of minute rice yield 16 units of cooked rice. (5 x 1/2 cup) x 9/16 = 45/32 cups ~ 1 1/2 cups

About 2.4 kilograms.
For 2 kilos of long grain converted rice it is closer to 3 litres (the container size I use). Based on that fact, I would say 0.66 kilos is 2 litres.
