I'm not aware of any coins of 5 Lira dated 1610. There were 5 Lire coins issued by the Kingdom of Napoleon in 1810 (the front reads "Napoleone Imperatore e Re" - Italian for "Napoleon, Emperor and King" - and the back reads "Regno D'Italia", which is "Kingdom of Italy" in Italian). The coins weighed 25 grams and were 90% silver (and thus contained 0.7234 troy ounces of silver) and were issued by sevral mints, including Milan ("M" mintmark), Kremnitz ("B") and Venice ("V"). Values range from US$50-$100 in Fine condition (depending on mintmark), to up to US$1,200 in Uncirculated condition.
The dual dated Eisenhower dollars are face value only.
If you have a "Silver Coin" dated 1816, it's not a U.S. coin. The only coin issued by the United States in 1816 was a Large Cent.
Sorry, no US dollar coins dated 1817
The first Morgan dollar was coined in 1878, a US dollar coin dated 1797 is a Draped Bust dollar. If you actually have a dollar coin dated 1797, take it to a coin dealer for an accurate assessment.
No US dollar coin is dated 1975, look at the coin again and post new question.

There were two different designs of 1992 Turkish 5000 Lira coins. since the Turkish Lira was devalued in 2005, the coin is worth less than one cent US. You may get a bit more from a coin dealer.

You would visit a coin shop--they usually also buy gold, silver, diamonds and jewelry. Unless it is a rare coin in mint condition, it is likely to be worth about $3. ‎ If the coin is from Italy or Turkey you'd have more difficulty: Italy switched to the euro in 2002 and Italian lira are no longer used. At that time 5000 lira was only worth a couple of US dollars. Turkey revalued its currency due to rampant inflation so if it's from Turkey it may not be worth much either.
