You need to provide the most important piece of information about your French coin, in addition to the date - the coin's denomination!

The motto "Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité" appears on ALL French coins, so it's not useful in ID'ing anything - sort of like trying to ID a U.S. coin by saying that it has "E Pluribus Unum" on it!

...You need to provide a denomination. All you've done is tell us you've got a french coin, meaning that the value can range anywhere from 10 cents to $10,000.yes i might just have one !!
