Its worth depends on its weight, although the weight is not the only thing that can determine the worth.... Just like any type of jewelry there is the added value of labor which also has to be factored into the the total value of any jewelry piece... I personally bought a hand-made wedding band from JoshuasJewelry.com and I was told by the specialist that hand made stuff has a much higher labor cost in these rings because of the craftsmanship that is shown into the rings that they make... and boy was he right, hand made rings and jewelry sometimes do cost allot more, but they can be worth much more in the long run and have a much higher value... so Overall, a wedding band can be worth more or less but labor must also be calculated into the price... A hand made band costs much more than a simple plain band because it has a more detailed 3D look with allot of texture versus a simple band that only has a beveled edge... I was very happy with my band and I think Jonathan at Joshua's Jewelry really do amazing work...

∙ 13y agoI bought a 10k white gold band for 45 dollars at JC pennies. The ring dented very easily... but you should not spend more than 100 bucks if you really shop for it.
