I saw one on sale on line for $599, it was supposedly serviced and tested.
I just bought a used one from my local sewing machine shop for $275.
The serviced it, and spent over an hour showing me how to use many of its features.
I saw one that sold at a good-will auction for $155, but it was untested,
AND it was missing the power cord and floor pedal (about $150 to replace).
So I would say that one that is recently serviced and in good working order is worth between about $300 - $500. If it hasn't been serviced, and you can't verify that everything works properly, I would expect to pay less.
Many sewing stores will charge about $100 to service a machine.

I paid $350 for mine on Craigslist and I see that someone put a Pfaff Select 3.0 (which is functionally the same machine) on Craigslist for $375 so I would say somewhere between $300 and $400.You could make the argument that the Pfaff Tipmatic 6122 is better than the Pfaff Select 3.0 (even though the 3.0 is the newer machine) because the Pfaff Tipmatic 6122 was one of the last Pfaffs made in Germany. The Select 3.0 (and all newer Pfaffs) are made in China. That's why they say "German Engineering" instead of "Made In Germany" on them.
Does the pfaff tipmatic 1027 have dual feed feature?
Unfortunately, this Pfaff model does not have a dual feed feature. The Manual that comes with the machine lists the optional feet that can be obtained from a Pfaff Dealer and there is no foot listed that would perform the dual feed function, i.e. with feed dog grippers on the bottom of the foot. For the price of a small used car, the new Pfaffs have a built in dual feed feature called the IDT (Integrated Dual Feed). I have no idea why it ends in "T". The IDT feature starts with the Select line, of Pfaff sewing machines, one step up from the Hobby line, which is Pfaff"s entry-level machine.
