Apparently not. I just received a ticket myself
yes, all kids should be wearing helmets.
There is no law which states that you cannot. So yes, you could legally wear headphones while driving in Indiana. It is wise to exercise good judgment however, and determine whether it is safe to do so.
If there is a mandatory helmet law in your state, you will probably get a ticket if you do not wear a helmet when riding your motorcycle.
yes because it would cause accidents
Of course you cant! YOU WANT AN ACCEDENT!? Oh wait your to Domb so maybe you should DIE! Lol Jk :3 In California, it is illegal to operate any vehicle while wearing earbuds or headphones of any kind, except for a bluetooth cellphone earpiece. CA Vehicle Code sect. 27400. It is a non-moving violation, which means that if you get stopped, you will get a ticket to pay a fine, but will not get a blackmark on your driving record or increased insurance. I don't know what the laws are in other states on this, however. Charles
It is illegal on all 50 states.
wearing a seatbelt in the car
In CA you can. Other states I don't know. In most states you can only get a ticket if you are under the age of 13 and without a bike helmet, but again, this varies between states.
If you should fall/crash, it can protect your head (and face).
