The 1957 Franklin half dollar is a very common high mintage coin of the series, most are valued for the silver at about $15.00.
Much to my chagrin I found one of these and upon researching it I found it only to be worth a dollar or two. They are not worth much as Italy withdrew them from circulation. If it was a 1962 coin in uncirculated condition it could be worth $100.00. Hope this helps....
The value of an Italian coin depends on the craftsmanship, where it was minted, and if it is made of any expensive product you have a Italian coin worth over $30,it is worth selling unless you want to keep until it reaches a more higher value. That would be called,"Investing."
You forgot to tell us what type of coin it is. Also, which service certified the MS70 grade?
