If you have lost your ownership, you can obtain one from your local Ministry of Transportation office. Just copy the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) from your vehicle and bring it with you to the M.T.O. office, and they will provide you with the paperwork necessary to obtain a replacement ownership.

If I remember correctly, it was $12 to replace my drivers license when I lost it in 2012.
Go to a Chevrolet dealership and bring with you the vehicles vin number, proof of ownership of the vehicle, personal ID and they will cut you a new key.

If I were you I would take the VIN # to you Deparment of motor vehicle and ask them you will probly have to do a lost title and for the keys you will want to replace the ignition tumbler. go to your local aout parts store for that but get a repair maniual for it hope this helps
