Should not be any, or perhaps a month at most. These are mild narcotics, and Xanax is the most prescribed drug in America. A person caught with these quantities should just be placed in a program and educated about them, then tested, watched for a few months, then released.
Combining drug people with actual violent offenders, thieves, murderers makes no sense at all and is one of the main problems with this country.
