Although rig welder jobs do not all require a graduate degree, it is much easier to get hired with the degree. Therefore a graduate degree is strongly recommended for those wishing to find a job
Legal administrative jobs can be found with very little degrees, in fact degrees not related to legal at all. BUT, they will not pay much at all. Online prep places can give you paper degrees but they may not be worth much.

Most software test engineer jobs require a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Computer Science. Most of them also require job experience in the field too.
Not many jobs don't involve math. Most jobs require you to know basic math skills, such as arithmetic and perhaps some basic algebra and geometry. If you want to become an engineer or scientist or something, you will probably need much more math knowledge than that. I assume that most writing jobs don't require math skills (author, blahblahblah).
