You can fit 35" tires with no lift if you don't mind cutting the fenders out so they won't rub. With 4" of lift you should be able to fit 35" tires if you use the correct wheel backspacing (about 4 1/4"), and only have them rub a little bit if you get one wheel stuff way up in the wheel well and have it turned all the way one direction or the other. 6" of lift will clear even with incorrect backspacing on the wheels.
How much lift do i need to clear 44's on a 1985 Toyota Pickup, Stick shift?
1999-2003 only a 2" leveling kit is needed to house the 35" tires. It looks sharp, those beasts WILL NOT look crowded.

The amount of voltage needed to lift a car with an electromagnet depends on several factors. The size of the coil, as well as the amperage will need to be factored in to know how much voltage will be used.
Strength (how much can you lift), endurance (how often can you lift), stamina (how long can you lift) and balance are the key skills needed to climb technical rock.
