If you'd like a simple answer...
Unless you're a carpenter, it will be cheaper for you to buy a pre-fab shed or a kit from one of the home improvement stores.

If you're really hot to do it your self, Google "Shed plans". You'll find plans with complete materials lists.

16' x 20' shed with 9' garage door.

Plywood or siding - 16 4x8 sheets (5 for each side, 4 for back 2 for front)

Wall Studs - 50 2x4 studs (15 for each side, 12 for back 8 for front)
