Too much, I would suggest going to the doctors first as penicillin is made by a certain type of mold and you can have many types on your typical moldy bread, some of which are harmful.

Mold on inanimate surfaces like building interiors depends on the type and extent of mold appearance, but most individuals infected from this are easily treated by oral or injectable courses of antibiotics (assuming they have a normal immune system).
