The direct flights are only available to US residents with OFAC licenses or Cubans with visas.

Prices are about $350 return, last that I heard.

There are 8 charter companies organising flights.

This is for Havana, Cuba to Miami, Florida though, because I couldn't find one from Missouri, Cuba.
