The transmission of the VR4 (aka turbo 3000) is an all wheel drive transmission, and the N/A 3000's are FWD. To have the car AWD you need to sap the whole drive train from a VR4, other then that your car will just be FWD.

If you want to install a turbo you going to have to do little engine work to prevent your engine from blowing, installing a turbo can be expensive. The more fuel and air that goes into the engine the more power is produced. A turbocharged engine can produce perhaps double the power that a non turbocharged engine produces.
