Compostable (or recycled through a worm farm or fed to animals)
Although just about everything is recyclable, including all plastic, you may find that the recyclers in your area will not take everything! It depends on the facilities they have and how economic the process is for them.
recyclable items includes metals, paper products, plastic, and glass. 50% of metals are recycled, 38% of paper products are recycled, 20% of plastic is recycled, and only 5% of glass is recycled.
Each year, the typical American family throws out 2,460 pounds of paper, 540 pounds of metals, 480 pounds of glass and 480 pounds of food scraps. archie
Less than one percent of plastic bags used each year in the United States is recycled. Only about half of the world's waste is actually recycled.

around 10 billion pounds of waste is recycled each year as u can see that is much less than what goes into our oceans we need to save our oceans!
Australia: 56% of Australian waste either cannot be recycled, or is not recycled.

None of the 'E' but sometimes some 'P' is recycled
About 100 tons out of 1.500.
Only about 7% of the total plastic used is recycled. However, it depends on the type of plastic. Some, such as PET drinks bottles, are recycled to a much greater degree (up to 35%) whereas others such as expanded polystyrene cannot be recycled at all.
I assume that you mean Bodily Waste. Urine and Feces are recycled to capture as much moisture as is possible. That water is recycled into drinking water (Yuck!). Any leftover solid waste is stored for later disposal.
about 9 billion tonnes a year so all of it no waste goes to waste lol :)
The cost of recycling and the cost of the facilities is too much money. The waste we recycle is a heavy cost along with vans, workers and machinery. If more waste was to be recycled then further reccesion would be in place
Well, we produce 1825 pounds of waste a year and about 2/3 of this is recycled. Which means that around 1216.67 pounds of waste is recycled. Hope this helps and I am unsure, so please double check before using this information. x
