Less than 2mg per 100g of cucumber, otherwise may be quoted as nil
The original answer that was posted here as "zero, vegetables don't have protein", an absurd answer. How would herbivorous animals live? According to FatSecret.com, a whole, unpeeled cucumber has 2g protein, .33g fat, 45 calories, 11 g carbs. Whoever posted the original answer, if you don't have a clue, don't leave an answer!
