You'd need to provide more information.....There are many types of nuts, and each has its own calorie count. The other source of calorie effect would be the form in which the nuts are eaten (raw, boiled, roasted, salted, non-salted)....Be specific, please --- and also check the online food and nutrition databases. The agricultural departments may have additional information.
