How much proteing? Well, it really depends on your level of physical activity. If you dont exercise or do strenuous work, then around 2-4 oz of meat will do. If you do heavy exercising, you could need up to 10 oz of meat, however 6-8 oz usually does the job. 6 oz of meat is approximately the size of your clenched fist.

Well, a high protein diet is considered a gram per pound of body weight but I personally think you could gain muscle with a bit more than 100 grams of protein.
