Not too many 10-year old girls are 6 feet tall, so no "standard" or "average" comparison will help. It is difficult to say how much she "should" weigh. It is fairly obvious that she is growing quickly at this time, and will probably be a bit on the slim side, though this isn't a sure thing. It might be best to just enjoy the transition while it happens. Eat fairly smart (some fast food, but not a lot of "junk") and get a bit of exercise to promote and maintain good health, and sort things out with a medical care provider if you really have issues. It doesn't really sound like there is a major problem here. This youngster is a bit tall for her age, but her body is making up its own mind. As long as a consulting physician is happy, or (if you don't want to go in just for this reason) there are no presenting medical issues, why worry about it? Only a physician can really give definitive advice on what you "should" weigh, but most would examine this 10-year old and, if she was healthy, just tell her to go back to her school work and her play and take care of her body by feeding it and exercising it a bit. We generally don't try to fix things that aren't broken.
Your son is a specific individual, and there are no charts that will tell you what he "should" weigh, any more than a chart can tell you what skin tone he "should" have.
