How far could is the question you want to ask. How far should is approx to the body weight , stature and health risks that the girl would obtain if she over exerted her self. A mile no more at that age , she will have a high metabolism . It isn't very necessary for her to run because she already should be very active.

you should aim to do around 30-60 mins a day of exercise though less or more if it is a more or less intense form of exercise
