well it is hard to say really but i am 14 years old myself and i am fairly strong for my age. I can lift 10kg per arm comfortably and i can lift 15kgs. Well kind of and my arms are just completely muscle but the average 14 year old girl shoud not have to lift that much only about 5-10 until you get the strength and confidence to move tot he next highest. Hope i have helped It's really come down to body proprtions and everyones different don't force yourself i've just turned 15 don't have very big muscels but can bench press around the 70kg mark last years i was pressing 60-65kg different for everything which is more than my own body weight
