It really depends on what your past is. I was severely anorexic at 11 years old,5 foot 1 and 75 pounds, and was almost hospitalized. When I stopped eating, my metabolism dramaticle decreased causing me to gain weight rapidly.
If your a normal girl... 5 foot & 95 pounds:
Exercise 3 to 4 times a week: 1000- 1,200 calories
I would say 1,000... I know its under doctors recomendation but seriously, you cant eat 2,000 calories a day being 95 pounds and expect to lose weight.
Just stick with low carb... it really helps your metabolism.. though i still regret what i did.
