Waiters should not have to tip other tipped employees. Those employees have to work together. Usually they will split things up, they should work as a team. Waiters should tip out busboys 10% of the tips made that shift.

Waiters should tip out the bartender less because a bartender usually makes as much, or more than the waiter does. It is common to tip a bartender according to the amount of mixed drinks they have to make. If you had a busy night, but did not order very much booze, than usually the bartender is cool. But if you have a busy night and order alot of mixed drinks, than you better pay the bartender half of what you give the busser.

Bussers should be tipped out everynight.

In Antarctica there are usually two weeks in midwinter Around June 21 when the sun does not rise and a couple of weeks in summer around Christmas when there is 24-hour sunlight Why?

It is because the Earth is tilted. As it orbits the sun there is a time that Antarctica is tipped away from the sun completely, so even when the Earth rotates the sun does not rise at all. The reverse happens at the other stage, with Antarctica being tipped towards the sun completely. It is because the Earth is tilted. If a company is incorporated in Michigan with Michigan work-mens comp are the employees covered under Michigan work-mens comp while working out of state?

yes ...however, your WC policy should reflect the other state(s) under "Other States" on the declarations page (the one with your business name, coverage amount and premium, etc.) where your employees travel to and through, because they have the option to file a claim in those states INSTEAD of Michigan. There should be no charge to amend your policy if the declarations doesn't show "all except monopolistic" or similarly reflect that your coverage extends to other states when your employees occasionally work out . However, if you have employees who regularly work in other states, you should discuss this with your agent - it might even save you money to rate those employees in other states.
