depends on the room size
It always depends on the quality of the installer but a good installer should charge no more than about $2 per sq ft for the installation unless there is a lot of custom work involved. Or you can install it yourself for around $0.50 / ft including all the tool rentals you might need. It depends on who you hire for this job - floor installation company, self-employed hardwood floor installer or yourself. The difference in prices is may be very high. And if you are installing hardwood floor for the firs time and just planing your budget, do not forget to include: subfloor preparation:removing old floor covering and making perfect floor leveling (because it is not for carpet). Moldings Baseboards Transitions If you plan to install hardwood on stairs - there is additional stuff for it. Anyway, at the first time you have to make hard job, at the second - you'll be professional! Good luck!
idk but i could tell you how much wood it takes to cover my floor ;) hardwood
None! If you mop a hardwood floor with vinegar & water you will do more damage to the wood. NEVER use water on hardwood, it causes wood to swell and it ruins the finish. Sorry about the urine, but the vinegar & water will just make things worse
If the cleaner is used correctly it should not dull the real wood floors. A buffer would help every now and than to avoid any buildup. Use a good floor broom to clear dust, that will reduce the frequency of using too much chemical cleaners.
No much more likely to be hardwood
Maintaining walnut hardwood flooring takes a lot of work. You should vacuum of the floor regularly. After vacuuming, you should mop the surface of the wood. Do not use too much moisture lest the wood gets moisture stains.
not enough!
Scrape as much as you can with a metal spatula then use Goof Off to get the rest. It will NOT harm hardwood floors.
There is no trademarked or slang term that is called "e wood" that I am aware of. I might guess that you are referring to engineered hardwood. Engineered hardwood is a hardwood floor that is constructed in layers much like plywood. = =
You can not clean a hardwood floor with baby powder. It would make a much bigger mess. You can fix a squeaky floor with it though.
depends on how much water, but in all probability, yes
