Use a BMI calculator. For a person 5 feet 5 inches tall, the idea weight should be between a BMI of 18.5-24.9. This means from 114 pounds to 144 pounds for your height. This is only a rough estimate. Some people have larger frames and tend to be on the heavier side of the normal range.

The American Dietetics Association and other medical professions use an equation to calculate ideal body weight (IBW). Women follow: 100+5(ht) where you add 100lbs for the first 5ft and an additional 5lbs per inch thereafter. So a 5'5" woman should weigh about 125 pounds. This isn't an exact calculator and doesn't take into account things such as body composition or frame size, but it is a good estimation.
