all children no matter the age this can also include adults you should get atleast eight hours of sleep of not six and if you can get more in 12 but for the 11 year old girl i woul say eight ''also'' newborns get 16 hours through the day not all together but sepratley before the 24 hours end and thats it remember 8 ''EIGHT'' hours a day
