im sure your talking about the one covering the valve cover because the other plastic just has clips you can easily remove. The cover has six gray square looking plastics and a plastic gray ''H'' on the bottom. Remove the middle squares and the ''H'' it has bolts you can take off and that's how you remove the plastic.
What I use is a cheap plastic turkey baster that I bought at Walmart ( Didn't take as much time as I thought it would to empty it )
