not immediatly. of course, since the blade was burned, it doesn't harbour any bacteria. but the burn it causes on the skin as well as the wound are gateways for infection. so keep the wound clean (soap and water are the best disinfectants, don't try alcohol, cortisone or any of that stuff), expose it to air if it's shallow, but see a doctor if it's deep.
