The Amish don't worship in a church building because they don't believe they have to. They believe that God can be worshipped anywhere and consider part of worship, their daily lives.
They are very community minded (Amish community). They help each other with many things, like farming and building their houses. If disaster or illness trikes one of the families, the community pitches in to help out.
Same as you'd charge to drive one. It takes no more gas, or manpower, so you generally charge by the trip, not by the number of seats filled.

'Cause they shun fancy things like electricity.Amish farms around here in Pennsylvania have diesel engines to power milking machines and charge their batteries. PA law requires them to have a battery and lights on their buggies. They also us gasoline engines on their mowers and hay baler, but pull them with horses. Some Amish businesses, like building trade contractors, are allowed to use cell phones, but there are limitations.
Yes, non-Amish can go to Amish church. They will probably ignore you though.
Old order Amish are stricter than new order Amish. There are now even new new order Amish which are not as strict as new order Amish.
