The Amtrak station in Portage, Wisconsin has six long-term parking spaces. Amtrak shares a parking lot with Canadian Pacific Railway. If the Amtrak spots are filled, you may park in the CPR spots at the west end of the lot. There is no parking attendant, so Amtrak suggests you call the Portage Police Department, and they will jot your plate number down in their dispatch notes.

Yes you can it is a little complicated and may require a night stayover. Only one train everyday leaves the Roseville station headed for the bay but you could just go to the Sacramento Amtrak Station. You will take the train from Sacramento to Oakland Colisuem station and walk over to BART(Bay Area Rapid Transit) station and take BART into San Francisco. Get off BART at Embarcadero station and get on the Muni Metro line T (Third Street) heading towards third street and then you will get off at Gilman/Paul station and either walk or take Muni Bus 56 to the Candelstick Park. Complicated? Yes but it can be done.
You can't. The only train station located anywhere close to Delmarva is the Wilmington DE Amtrak station. You could get on the Amtrak in Newark or Harrison and travel south to Wilmington, but from there you would have to drive. You go down DE-1 towards Dover and keep on that all the way to the state line, and from there you would be in Ocean City Md.
Ross Park Mall is near Pittsburgh, not Cleveland!
