You can't trade in a PC game that has been opened from the foil they put on it. If you havn't opened it, every week from the day you bought it, the value goes down a dollar. So, if you bought it for $50 dollars two weeks ago today, it would be $48. ( I live in Australia, but I'm pretty sure they do the same thing in America.
