Hi, You didn't specify whether you want for an auto or a manual so I'll give you both The Auto Trans takes 3.2 pints and the manual takes 5.8 pints. Those are the only fluid specs I have so I have to think it's with the pan dropped and the filter replaced not a complete flush as in an overhaul, but you probably are asking about what I mentioned, a fluid and filter change. follow up if need be and good luck. manual
automatic trans fluid 4 (ATF-4) its for Chrysler

For a 1992 Ford Ranger , 2.3 liter four cylinder : The 5 speed manual transmission takes ( 2.8 U.S. quarts of MERCON automatic transmission fluid )
On a 1992 Ford Ranger : It depends on which 5 speed manual transmission you have : The Mitsubishi transmission , code " D " ( takes 4.8 pints of 80-90W gear lube ) The Mazda transmission , code " M " ( takes 5.6 pints of MERCON automatic transmission fluid )
there is none, you check fluid with dipstick that goes into transmission
The transmission will fail.
Intrigue transmission fluid is the type of transmission fluid that goes into 2000 Oldsmobile intrigue.
Pour the transmission fluid down the hole the transmission dip stick goes in. You will need a funnel to do it right. WRONG! Do not pour transmission oil into your engine oil compartment! There is no dipstick for transmission oil, at least not on the manual transmission. To fill the transmission, you must pump or pour fluid into the fill hole on the side of the transmission until it dribbles back out.
I would assume you will be buying a new transmission, only transmission fluid goes in the transmission.
If you mean a automatic, it goes down the dipstick tube hole. Make sure its Dexron3 fluid If you mean a automatic, it goes down the dipstick tube hole. Make sure its Dexron3 fluid
