A 1994 Ford Econoline Van uses standard Mercon type transmission fluid. This fluid is used extensively in most Ford vehicles.
You add the transmission fluid to where you check the level (I think it's on the passenger side when you look under the hood). remove the dip stick and add fluid with a narrow funnel. Check level when engine is running.

The water pump on a Ford Econoline E250 van is changed by removing the accessories from the front of the engine, draining the coolant, and removing the radiator hoses. The pump can then be unbolted, removed, and a new pump put in its place.
