You can either look in the owner's manual, look in the book that the store keeps in the aisle (usually), next to the oil & filters, or probably the easiest and fastest way would be to call your local repair shop i.e. Muffler Man, Jiffy Lube etc. Could also go online and Google 1999 Lincoln Town Car and follow the links.
