in my place, social workers dont seem to clear their leave. whilst on leave they still get calls esp holiday season when problem gets worse. so if u take vacation its proper to get out of country / county / state - switch off the cellphone and get away from it b4 u suffer burnout.
usu the leave varies from 14 days to 28days depending on years of service.
