It is the gap between the rocker arm and the push rod or valve in the head of the engine. How much it is varies with each model of engine.

Well, sir if the valve rocket as a 2.00 cm diameter and ther valve rockettappet are clear then they should really be insuffecient. No matter if it on clearance or not u should go ahead and buy this because it looks cool. I think this could helpet you with building a super rocket flying cantraption. And no matter how much i sound like i know wat im saying i really dont. But the rockertappet thing is on clearance for the valve timing and valve.
If you have insufficient clearance, the pistons hit the valves, followed by the predictable parts damage. On the other hand, if you have too much clearance, the engine will run, but it won't achieve anything close to its performance potential.
for barako 175 for me much better is 0.03 for intake and for exhaust is 0.07
The 1998 Yamaha R1/YZF-R1 had 150 horsepower and a 5-valve design. When the 2007 model came out, the horsepower had been increased to 180.
That depends on fast the oil is leaking out from the V.C. gasket and how soon you plan to adjust the valve clearance. If it isn't leaking much and the valve adjustment is planned soon, might as well wait until you have your valves adjusted since the valve cover has to be removed then anyway.
Need to know how much clearance where.
